Reports to: Sales Secretary

Major Responsibilities:

• Quotation
• Contract
• Installation document
• Receive order from sales team and write on the PO form for issuing invoice
• Update Sales funnels
• Supporting to GE sales team when we need her to help
• Update customer database
• Coordinate and arrange sales and marketing activities
• Update sales reporting
• Take note during sales meeting – meeting minutes
• Other sales support print brochures etc.
• Other duties assigned by the sales manager (DIAG and GE)

• University degree
• IT skill (Microsoft Word and Excel), internet and Email
• 1- 2 years’ of work experience in office
• Strong communication skills
• Good spoken and written English and Khmer
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to this job
• Able to work both in a team work and independently
• Respectful, Honest, Reliable, Cooperative, Flexible & Friendly
